Born in Geneva,Switzerland,a polymorphous artist,has studied Architecture at the Art School of geneva.
Architect,graffitti artist,designer,musicien,dj-producer and label manager.
Mr.GOO has achieved mixing live instruments with his turntable combining diverses musical styles as (hiphop,jazz,breakbeats) since 88.
This innovative form of musical expression has since gained critical and public acclaim.
He has toured throughout Switzerland,Italy,France,Germany,the USA and in UK for a year as resident dj in the mythic club BLUE NOTE in 1998 with the Galaktik Sound lab. In addition to his dj work on production,recordings and live.
Mr.GOO turntablist's talents have also won him the DMC SWISS CHAMPION titles in 1997 the selection to the world finals in Rimini and DMC's jury in zurich 00.
Mr.GOO solo project LE GOOSTER (1995)released on Galaktik Sound Lab rec, received enthusiastic reviews in music publications.
Mr.GOO aka LE GOOSTER is licensed in the USA by SHADOW records N.Y since march 1997 with is first solo album"ZigZagZen".

Mr GOO has performed in New-york for the release of his albums in 1997 and 2000 for a total of 5 gigs yet in The big Apple (94,97,00,03,05.)He has created a style at the crossroads of various musical influences hip hop,jazz,dub,electro,breakbeats.
Yet his closetst ties are with hip hop and all black music in general.
In the early 1980's as one of the first breakdancers and graffitti artist in Switzerland.Buying his first technics 1200 (Turntable) in 87, but as a deep music fiend GOO's ears are on music since "he could ear a thing" he says" 4-5...
Starting djing in Angola /Luanda playing tunes at home parties and birthdays at 11.In 1991 after studying (Art GVA School/Architectur) and working has an designer architect for 2 years, he made a name for himself as a dj in San Diego with a US partner. Back in Geneva,GOO created a Hip hop/Ragga group called"Tribe Vibes" (92) .
With other musicians interested in hip hop and jazz,and participated on Silent Majority (a famous Jazz/Hip hop in Swiss) birth and rise (93).The group has so far released three albums and two eps.
GOO has participated in some movies soundtracks:
-"Louise take 2"by Siegfried (98) feat:Elodie Bouchez+Rosdhdy Zem, guest musicien:Erick truffaz.this sondtrack recieved a very warm acclaim.The crew were invited to Cannes movie festival to play.
-"A vendre" by Letitia Masson (98)GOO has scored a full short movie soundtrack in (99) featuring: Erik Truffaz Movie's called Benson and Edges by Reza Rezai
Since then he also completed various remixes and collaborations for artists such as: Sun Ra, Erik Truffaz,Saul Williams,Dub Gabriel(Brooklyn Massive), DJ Spooky, Killa Priest(Wu Tang),Bryonn Bain(Blackoutartcollective) ,BrianJackson(Gil-Scott Heron).
GOO's idea always've been to apply his experiences and productions to other forms of today's and tomorow's musical expressions and lifestyles. This continue to motivate his work today.

Né à Genève en Suisse,artiste polymorphe étudiant aux Art décoratif de Genève,architecte,graffitti artiste,musicien,dj producteur et label manager
Mr.Goo a travaillé en mixant platines et instrumentations lives,en éxplorant des styles musicaux tels que le hip hop, le jazz, le breakbeat,dès 88.
Cette forme innovatrice d’éxpréssion musicale a été encensée par les médias et le public.En 1998, Goo fut résident DJ du mythique club Londonien Blue Note avec le Galaktik sound lab et a tourné en Suisse, Italie, France, Allemagne,Angleterre et aux USA.
A côté de son travail de production,d’enregistrements et live.
Mr.Goo a gagné le titre de champion suisse DMC en 1997 et fut séléctionné aux mondiaux de Rimini (Italy) 97 et Jury DMC suisse en 2000.
Son projet Solo "Le Gooster" Zig Zag Zen".(Five Star) sorti en 1996 a reçu un accueil enthousiaste des revues spécialisées nationale et internationale.(URB Mag,Jockey Slut,MME).Depuis 1997, Goo aka Le Gooster est lisencé sous le label Newyorkais SHADOW RECORDS .http://www.shadowrecords.com

Dj Goo a créé un style au carrefour d’influences hip hop, jazz,dub,électro, breakbeats.
Après qu’il fut l’un des premiers break-danseur et grapheur de Suisse.(82) Il acheta sa première Technics 1200 (platine) en 1987.
Cependant la génèse de DJ à commenca à l’âge de 11 ans en Angola/Luanda pendant les Fêtes,anniversaires et mariages.
Mais comme le dit Goo,"aussi loin que je remonte,je fut mélomane compulsif ,dès...4-5 ans ".Après des études (Artdécoratifs,Architecture) et un travail en bureau d'architecte qui se termina au début des années 90.
Goo se fait un nom en tant que DJ à San Diego (91) en compagnie de mc G,son US partner au sein du groupe "B3P"groupe co-fonder à El Cajon/San Diego.
De retour en Suisse,,Goo forma le groupe Tribe vibes,et participera à l'éclosion du groupe "Silent Majority" Jazz /hip hop Swiss group (1993) réunissant son intérêt pour la fusion hiphop et jazz. Le groupe sorti trois albums, deux singles et à tourné dans toute l'europe,GR,UK ,USA et Afrique.
Goo a travaillé sur plusieures bandes originales au cinema

guest musicien:Erick truffaz. Cette B.O. reçu une très bonne critique et l'équipe fut invitée au festival de Cannes pour un gig mémorable.(98)

Mr Goo's Shadow bio
SHADOW RECORDS introduced Goo to America via the first two volumes of the FIVE STAR GALAXY series: a set of CD's documenting the electronica / trip hop sound of the Swiss label FIVE STAR. Geneva-based Goo started his career breakdancing and DJ'ing until jazz and hip hop tripped into each other in the early 90's. It was then that he joined Silent Majority as co-composer and DJ. Soon enough he developed his sound to become a member of Patrick Duvoisin's (aka ROLLERCONE) Five Star crew. With the coming and going of the crew, Goo decided to continue his solo outings which resulted in the now out-of-print ZIG ZAG ZEN cd in 1996.
