Warrior G.R.I.O.T.
"Ghetto Representative Interpreting Our Thoughts"
Warrior mixes poetry in spoken word form with bits of traditional hip hop and an "in your face" delivery with some powerfully real messages that respectfully hold the collective attention hostage to make sure you feel him.
Straight out of the roughest "Hood" in the Boston Massachusetts USA, Roxbury ("the Bury"), this brother has evolved from being one of the Bury's infamous Hood Celebrity's to becoming an internationally respected spoken word artist, a powerfully effective motivational speaker and committed social "actionist" From a life time of hard fought battle victories and defeats, experiences and research comes a real voice that speaks in a language we all can understand.
In 2005 Warrior G.R.I.O.T. joined Synchrovision reccords to produce and release his new album produced by Mr.Goo.

THE PERFECT STORM. 09/10/05
I have a message for heads on this "Perfect Storm" that destroyed New Orleans parts of Mississippi and Alabama but reconstructed Black Unity.
I am overwhelmed by the love my people have shown for each other in this tragedy.
As you can see the Government really doesn't give a damn about Black Folk so we have to fend for self.
Peace to Kanye West for firing the first shot and letting everybody know that this is for real.
Peace to David Banner for packing his Hummer then calling his mans and them telling to do the same then headed for the boarder of Mississippi but got turned around. He has set up a whole relief effort.
Peace to Russell Simmons and Phat Farm for sending trucks of supplies to the N.O.
Peace to the whole ATL for putting up thousands of my people.
Peace to Houston for doing the same.
Peace to DJ Goo and Synchrovision for the spirit of unity and the effort put forth to combine the global Black family long before this.
Peace to my family the Blackout Arts Collective for spearheading one of the first efforts to help the families of this Perfect Storm. We (Blackout) are for real for real about this. Blackout is about the business (24/7 365) of freeing the minds, hearts and bodies of Black folk everywhere.
F@#% the media for calling "Survival"
Looting when it comes to Black folk doing what they have to do to survive but White folk are privileged to
"Find" food under the very same conditions.
Racism was a survivor of this Perfect Storm. It will never die in this country.
Black People everywhere listen,
this is America the land of filth and money home of the thief and the slave trade. The land that paid the builders nothing but no attention and a history of lynching but paid every other culture full reparations for for their suffering.
We Black Americans still have no respect and no stake in this land. Recognize us world as your family and know that we are not taking it anymore.
Black folk are still considered 3/5 of a man. Now is the time to combine the global Black family so we will never have to worry about being left to die in a Perfect Storm. We will never have to depend on our oppressor to save us. We are united for now and forever.
