Born in geneva at the end of 60's
GOO has worked on 20 albums in the last five years. Creating in 1995 with an artists collective THE FIVE STAR GALAXY concept and label.
GOO has achieved mixing live instruments with his turntable combining diverses musical styles as (hip hop,jazz,breakbeat). This innovative form of musical expression has gained critical and public acclaim.

Goo has toured throughout Switzerland,Italy,France,Germany,the USA and in UK for a year as resident dj in the mythic club BLUE NOTE in 1998. In addition to his dj work on production,recordings and live GOO turntablist's talents have also won him the DMC swiss champion titles in 1997 the selection to the world finals in Rimini and DMC's jury in zurich 00.

GOO aka LE GOOSTER is licensed in the USA by SHADOW records N.Y since march 1997 with is first solo album "Zig Zag Zen".

GOO performed in new-york for the release of the album in 1997 and 2000.
GOO has created a style at the crossroads of various musical influences hip hop,jazz,dub, electro,breakbeats. Yet his closetst ties are with hip hop and all black music in general, in the early 1980's as one of the first breakdancers and graffitti artist in Switzerland.
Buying his first technics 1200 (Turntable) in 87, but as a music fiend GOO's ear is on music since "he could ear a thing" he says. Starting in Angola to play tunes at home parties at 11.
By 1991 after studying and working has an architect he made a name for himself as a dj in San Diego. Back in Geneva ,GOO created a group called"Tribe Vibes" (92) . With other musicians interested in hip hop and jazz,and participated on SILENT MAJORITY birth (93). The group so far have released three albums and two ep.

GOO's idea always've been to apply his musical,breaker,painter and dj, producer experiences to other forms of today's and tomorow's musical expressions. This continue to motivate his work today.

In 1999 GOO created his own label SYNCHROVISION.

DJ Goo aka le gooster _NGUXI de Carvalho aka LE GOOSTER aka DJ GOO

est né à Genève à la fin des années 60. Goo a travaillé sur vingt albums durant les six dernières années.
Membre du collectif et du concept The Five Star Galaxy, dj Goo a travaillé en mixant, platines et instrumentations lives, en éxplorant des styles musicaux tels que le hip hop, le jazz, le breakbeat,dès 91.
Cette forme innovatrice d’éxpression musicale a été encensée par les médias et le public.
En,1998, Goo a été résident DJ du club mythique Blue Note et a tourné en Suisse, Italie, France, Allemagne, Angleterre et aux USA. A côté de son travail de production, d’enregistrement et live, Goo a gagné le titre de champion suisse DMC en 1997 et a été séléctionné aux mondiaux de Rimini (Italy) 97 et Jury DMC suisse en 2000.
Son projet "Le Gooster" a reçu un accueil enthousiaste des revues spécialisées. Depuis 1997, Goo aka Le Gooster est lisencé sous le label américain SHADOW records NY depuis son premier album "Zig Zag Zen".

Dj Goo a créé un style au carrefour d’influences hip hop, jazz, dub, électro, breakbeats.
Ses plus grandes affinités, furent le hip hop et toutes la musique Noir en géneral. Tandis qu’il était l’un des premiers break-danseur et taggeur de Suisse. Il acheta sa première Technics 1200 (platine) en 1987. mais la génèse de DJ à commencer à l’âge de 11 ans en Angola durant les parties familiales.
Après des études et un travail en architecture qui se termina au début des années 90 ,Goo se fait un nom en tant que DJ à San Diego (91).
En rentrant,Goo forma le groupeTribe vibes, et participera a la formation du groupe "Silent Majority" (1993) réunissant son intérêt autour du mouvement hiphop et jazz. Le groupe a sorti trois albums, deux singles et à tourné dans toute l'europe,UK et USA.
Ce qui motive le travail de Goo est de mélanger ses multiples expériences musicales,break,peinture, Dj et production aux nouvelles formes d’éxpréssions artistiques d'aujourd'hui et de demain.
